A bit about us
Mindful Biz Consult started in 2018 when our founder, after fifteen years as a finance director for two manufacturing firms in South Wales, realised that most consulting advice aimed at SMEs was either too expensive or too vague to act on. We set out to offer something different: fixed-fee engagements, plain-English reports, and hands-on help implementing changes rather than just recommending them.
Today we are a team of six consultants based in West Marks, Wales. Between us we have worked in retail, logistics, food production, healthcare services, and professional services. That cross-sector experience means we often spot solutions that a specialist within your own industry might overlook.
